Training 2.. for the old people, ok i shall stop saying old pple but is there a better way to say it ? the more experienced pple. this round was more of training backspot. Way to go ben, within like an hour he picked up and learned how to do back spotting. Well on my part, i failed the practical side. Still need alot of work if i wanna backspot. I'll stick to the usual base position. Towards the end of this training it was good. we accomplished a number of things.
